Pixar’s short film, BURN-E, that came with the WALL-E DVD. Very cool how it intertwines with the actual movie.

Wall-E
This may be old news to a lot of you out there, but Wall-E is an exceptional movie. Just watched it today, and even as a proud Pixar fan, I was still awed by the creators’ ability to capture so much emotion and so much creativity in a short animated film. Pixar achieved an almost mystical experience with no memorable quotes and only a collection of memorable moments.
If you have not yet seen this film, there is no excuse not to.
Another plus: the Pixar short at the beginning, “Presto”, was amazing. Much better than the forgettable “Boundin” and the mediocre “Lifted”.
For those of you who have experienced Wall-E, here are some links to hopefully further your appreciation.

Teaser Trailer for Pixar’s “Up”
Freshly released teaser trailer for Pixar’s upcoming movie, “Up”. Excited? Yes.
Speaking of movies. “The Fall” looks amazing. Reviews are a bit split, but I loved “Pushing Daisies” (Lee Pace). And there’s no denying that this trailer is beautiful.
